One was new then in the service — idealistic and all–only to be discouraged by the system's flaws: one, superiors acting as demi-gods, autocratic, insecure, control freak and the like– traits of a bad boss wreaking havoc to the psyche and career of subordinates.
Well, you would say that with this kind of boss daily encounter was hell. As if you did not want to go to work and see the monster in flesh and blood; even in your sleep sending you nightmares.
